Valerian Tincture

Ingredients: Alcohol, Water and Valerian Root Tincture (1000 mg - %RDI not established).

One milliliter of this product represents the extract of 1/5 gram of organically grown Valerian.

Adult Use: 1/4 - 1 1/4 tsp once daily as needed.

If pregnant or nursing, consult doctor before use. Do not operate heavy machinery while taking this product. Do not exceed recommended dosage without advice of doctor.
